Ultimaker 2

The Library has two 3D printers - an Ultimaker 2+ and an Ultimaker 2Go. 

Use of the 3D printers is by appointment. Request an appointment at

  • Those who have not previously used the 3D printer will be instructed by Library staff before they can begin a 3D print.
  • Those who use the 3D printer need to monitor their print for its entire duration. Library staff will assist you with setting up the print and will be available if there are any problems during printing, but you will need to remain in the Library and within sight of the printer until printing is complete.
  • 3D printing is currently available free of charge.Filament is available in blue, light green, teal, red, lilac, orange, yellow, black, silver, white, off-white, and glow in the dark. 
  • We will do our best to honor all requests for 3D printing as staff and printer availability allows. Prints that are estimated to take more than 4 hours may not be available during peak usage times.
  • Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your request.
